WORLD OF NADA

Jimbaran is the perfect place for having seafood while enjoying the sunset. There are many seafood cafes in Jimbaran, and the most popular and crowded one is Menega Cafe.

Entering the restaurant, you will encounter fresh seafood. Fish, lobsters, crabs, prawns, squid, choose anything you like! But they will cook it the same way, grilled.

The mighty lobster

Enjoying the shell. The seasoning and sauce are just too good! One is definitely not enough.

I really enjoyed my dinner that night. The seafood is well-cooked, well-seasoned, perfect. To get the best experience, have a seat outside. You can feel the breeze and enjoy the sunset. As the sun goes down and lights start to be lit, the view gets better. I really love this kind of ambience, kind of romantic.

The colour is just too pretty!

Make sure you reserve a seat a day before since the restaurant is always crowded.

Who isn't familiar with The Mulia Bali? I've seen this a lot on my Instagram timeline. Anybody who goes to Bali post their pictures here, whether they're staying or not. The Instagenic spot is the tall statues. It looks amazing to me and makes me curious.
While in here, I don't want to miss the chance. I became so excited as I arrived. The lobby already amazed me. I see the colour of luxury. Then I walked forward to the outside and wow.. what a beautiful view I saw. The rooms, the pool, the bars, just perfect.

When I reached down, more stunning details I got. Suddenly I feel like I wanted to get changed in swimsuit and dip in the pool.

The colour of the sun beds blend with the sand

I finally found the statues. However, they are actually in the private area so I couldn't get the best angle of it but at least I'm not curious anymore.

To stay longer here, I ordered a drink at The Soleil, the hotel restaurant at the pool area. I could sit comfortably on the sofa, chill, read a book, and watch people. Everybody seems to have a good time here. Well, who doesn't?

Enjoying my Pomme Vanile (apple juice, mint, lime, and vanilla syrup) at The Soleil

It was such a great experience even though I was here only for a few hours. Every part in Mulia Bali seems to be interesting and attract my attention. I really should have a stay here someday.

Located in the heart of Seminyak, where restaurants and boutiques stand next to each other, and when everything comes more alive at night, makes Bistrot one to be visited. Using a vintage industrial loft concept gives Bitsrot different touch among the others.

I have seen this before on my friend's Instagram and became curious about it. We just spent the day in Ubud, already full actually, but as we headed back, we looked for dessert and ended up here. It already looks pretty from the outside. Those lights are glowing beautifully. Coming inside, I feel like I was being taken to the past.

Bistro provides Western food. To fulfill our wants, we tried Warm Chocolate Fondant and also had Gujonnettes (fish fingers) at the end. Turns out the fish finger is better than what we wanted in the first place. Nothing special about the chocolate, it's just like any other melted chocolate cake.

Goujonnettes (Rp55.000)

Warm Chocolate Fondant (Rp65.000)

As you can see, it feels more romantic at night.

Based on its name, it really is a hideaway restaurant although it is not far from Monkey Forest. Surrounded by green rice fields, garden, beautiful view of ponds, accompanied by the sound of Balinese instruments, eating here will give you a different atmosphere. The restaurant area is very spacious and there are many spots you can choose to have a seat.

While being here, I, and I believe everybody else recommend you to try its Famous Crispy Duck. Please do not order something else and skip this menu instead. It is too good to be missed. The duck is undoubtedly crispy. Have it with sambal matah (already included), it taste heaven! *oh my, I am drooling writing this* Try it yourself and you will know what I mean. And I recommend cold LGH (lemon, ginger, honey) tea for the drink, very refreshing. It also could be served hot.

In addition, to give you more experience, Laka Leke also hold performances and events.
